PithSafe provides operational security advisory services. We offer structured risk visibility, governance alignment, and remediation oversight guidance.
We are not a managed security service provider, outsourced IT operator, or continuous monitoring service unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Advisory Scope
All deliverables are advisory in nature. Recommendations, risk assessments, and governance models are designed to support leadership decision-making.
Implementation responsibility remains with the client unless separately contracted.
3. No Guarantee of Risk Elimination
Cyber and operational risks cannot be fully eliminated. PithSafe does not guarantee prevention of incidents, breaches, or service disruptions.
Our objective is structured risk reduction and improved control clarity, not absolute risk removal.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Designate appropriate internal decision-makers
- Implement agreed actions within their organization
- Maintain required security and compliance practices
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PithSafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its advisory services.
Any liability shall be limited to the total fees paid for the specific advisory engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during engagements is treated as confidential. Separate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be executed where required.
7. Intellectual Property
Methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary materials developed by PithSafe remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law
